Nearing 50 and something had to change...

Starting the coaching I was in a poor state, I was unfit, overweight, suffering with menopausal symptom’s, no time for myself and on a downward slope.
I am 50 next year and do not want to age before my time, pre-covid I was very active and fit and I want to get back to that way and the way it made my feel. I have taken up dancing in the last couple of years and being heavier than I like impacts my ability to dance and how I feel when others are holding me. I want my children to have someone to admire and who is able to join in with all their mad activities that they like to do.
My eating also impacts the family as we eat a lot of processed food purely for convenience and they are young enough to make that change with me.
I needed to have a goal and a focus to get myself on track to where I want to be by April 25 or at least on the way to getting there, changing my life habits is the way forward with this and Claire has started this process with me.
My family are now eating better and we have nightly family walks to get our 10,000 steps in, I am not as tired as I was, I have better skin, I feel happier in myself and having Claire to encourage me and join in with my joy has made a massive difference.
Our meetings were full of support and laughter, I had a focus and she helped me keep that going and add to it weekly to make the changes slowly
I would highly recommend Claire to anyone who is looking for a change in their lifestyle
