Taking a step back helped me see what needed to change...

I found the 4 week programme, engaging, achievable, and was very thought provoking. It made me sit back and look at my eating habits, where I struggle with food, and what good swaps can be made for the better. Whilst I am aware of good and bad foods that work for me, we looked at the science behind the foods and what good snacks look like.
We talked about how routine is key for me and how my health and wellbeing impact on those close to me both personally and professionally. It highlighted how my health is key to so many others around me and how important it is that I look after myself.
Claire, my coach, was a genuinely lovely person and always made me feel at ease during our conversations and I never felt judged. We always agreed a plan for the coming week so I had something to work to and she would check with me mid-week if that is what we had agreed. At our next meeting, she would hold me to account, and we would talk through how the previous week had gone, and we would talk through perhaps what could have gone better.
In the 4 weeks that we were together, my assessment scores had more than half from when I started which is clearly evidence that the system works.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Claire as a health coach – she genuinely is interested in your health and wellbeing
